A new decree has been approved by the Italian Government about the corporate investment on innovation. These incentives can create new opportunities and new collaborations between academia and companies.

#EUnitedvsVirus - The pan European hackathon

To complement hackathons taking place at global and member state level, the European Commission - in close collaboration with EU member states – will host a pan-European hackathon to connect civil society, innovators, partners and buyers across Europe to develop innovative solutions to coronavirus.

Call for startup and SMEs to tackle Coronavirus outbreak

The European Commission is calling for startups and SMEs with technologies and innovations that could help in treating, testing, monitoring or other aspects of the Coronavirus outbreak.

The budget is of €164m and the deadline is 17:00 on Wednesday 18 March (Brussels local time).

Call 4 proposal SMACT - IRISS co-funded projects

SISSA, as a founding member of SMACT, is pleased to send you the first 9 projects of Innovation, Industrial Research and Experimental Development presented by private companies and co-financed by MiSE. These are 9 of the total 19 projects in short-list, on each of which the company has asked for the involvement of researchers for an amount ranging from 20,000 to 100,000.
