THE OBJECTIVES

Why PhD and PostDoc students?

Promote a public debate to introduce actions to strengthen the PhD training during the training phase. The aim is to increase their chances of being ready for the opportunity comig from the industrial world once the studies are copleted

Why SMEs?

To raise SMEs (90% industrial system in Italy) on the value that the skills of the PhDs have to respond to their needs for innovation and competitiveness

INNOVATIVE ELEMENTS

Talent valorisation but also the construction and multiplication of networks of collaboration between the Academy and the Production System.

Focus on the contact between PhD Small and Medium Enterprises that traditionally do not know each other and find it difficult to meet .

Here the pilot project, start on the 2018 in collaboration with Confindustria VG
