As part of the Space Meetings Veneto 2026 trade fair, which will take place in Venice from 11 to 13 May 2026, SMACT Competence Center offers the opportunity to participate in the event free of charge and to have a dedicated space in the area set up by SMACT within the fair. In addition, the selected applications will be entitled to specific visibility actions on the promotional channels of SMACT Competence Center.

SMACT provides 5 exhibition desks within its area at Veneto Space Meetings 2026.

Companies, university student associations, and research groups.

Selection criteria

Each application will be evaluated with a score from 1 to 5 for each of the following criteria:

• Consistency of the described activity with the theme of the fair and this year’s focus, namely the integration of space technologies in the agri-food sector
• Quality of the exhibition description of the activity and of the application
• Impact of the results achieved by the described activity

Bonus points:

• If the main operational headquarters of the activity is located in Veneto, the application will receive a bonus of 2 points.
• If the person filling in the form is registered on the Open SMACT platform with the same email address used in the application, the application will receive a bonus of 1 point.

The 5 applications with the highest total score will be selected and contacted by email by 24 April.
