ABSTRACT

We are living in a new era: externally, we experience rapid changes and a constant flow of information, while internally, we continuously seek motivation through attention and intention. It is crucial to discern what is truly important for our personal and professional well-being amidst this acceleration, as it can lead to feelings of frustration and a loss of focus on our research work, projects, and dreams. So the questions are: Why are we doing all of this? What is its ultimate meaning? What role do our mind, body, and psyche play in our motivation? Are we truly certain that our mind can explain everything? How are the body and psyche integrated, and how do we experience emotions and their resonance with others? We will delve into the topic of mind-body integration and the importance of sensory experience to uncover inner motivation. In the professional journeys of many famous scientists, such as Sakharov, Mendeleev, Einstein, and Marie Curie, there has always been a serious pursuit of understanding the origins of human motivations and the richness of relationships.

OBJECTIVE AND RESULTS

The main objective is to raise awareness among those involved in research and innovation so that they can rediscover motivations and integrate psycho-affective dimensions into their activities. We aim to provide tools for cultivating awareness of "knowing where we are" and "what the meaning of our activity is," both in work and relationships. Throughout the program, we will offer key tools for interpreting change and motivating ourselves to face new challenges with creativity.

METHODOLOGY

We will employ interactive methodologies, fostering continuous exchange among participants and peer-to-peer learning. The group dimension is at the core of the learning experience.
