The SISSA Mentoring Program is a service offered by SISSA and the SISSA Alumni Society
SISSA Mentoring Program matches current PhD students with mentors who have experience in the labour market in all sectors, to help students prepare for their future careers.
Students have access to a diverse network of qualified mentors with experience in the private sector, many of whom are SISSA Alumni, with the aim of strengthening the relationship between SISSA alumni and current SISSA students.
MENTOR: is an experienced individual and/or a SISSA Alumnus driven by the spirit of "giving back", who is willing to support students in this transitional phase of their life and professional path, in particular beyond academia.
MENTEE: a student, researcher or SISSA alumnus who has completed the doctoral cycle within 2 years.
