Past Talent Valorisation Webinars

28 May 2020 from 14.30 to 15.30

How a Ph.D. student becomes a sussessful innovator also beyond academia and how to train for this goal?

Which are the possible Carrier Paths for a Ph.D. also beyond academia? What steps a Ph.D. student has to take in order to get in touch with Business jobs? How to train to enter this world and to express your talent?

These are some of the issues raised at the end of the last webinar and collected through the survey that all the participants received.

This second appointment tries to give an answer to all those questions.

The speaker, Riccardo Furlanetto, has a great experience in the so called “hard industry”, in particular in the managing of Talent scouting, and he will give us an important point of view regarding the difference between hard and soft skills to be successful innovators in a company and how to best train for this goal.
